The National Innovation Agency (Public Organization), or NIA, together with the Thailand Science Research and Innovation Fund (TSRI) and Kasetsart University (KU), held “Thai Kitchen Market Connect 2026” under the theme “Test the Market, Connect the Future” (Market Validation and Business Matching) on 24 July 2026, 10:30–15:00, as part of “Thai Kitchen 2026: Crafted FoodTech Accelerator Program” — creating a space for Thai food-innovation entrepreneurs to test the market and take their businesses further.
The highlight of the day was the “THAI KITCHEN Innovation Showcase & Tasting Experience,” where guests could taste and market-test innovative products from all 12 Thai FoodTech companies in Thai Kitchen 2026: Soy Milk Powder “Early Me”, MAKVAN Sauce and Seasoning, Pineapple Cider Vinegar (Sinar Brew), Mixed Fruit Sheet, Lime Peel Roll, Sparkling Cider Vinegar Natural Rose & Fresh Cactus (Bienvica), Vegan Style Fish Sauce, Kreungton, Crispy Fish Stick with Calcium, Meal Replacement Nutriflow, Premium Ready-to-Eat Wagyu Larb and Chicken Breast Flourless Noodles — spanning health foods, functional foods, ingredients and seasonings, through to future-food products built on Thai research and technology.
The event also hosted a Business Matching area connecting Thai companies with importers, distributors, investors and business partners, opening up opportunities to expand and carry Thai food innovations into real markets at home and abroad — reflecting the goal of Thai Kitchen 2026: Empowering FoodTech Pioneers for Breakthrough Success.
