2. About the programme

Thai Kitchen is a FoodTech accelerator programme under the National Innovation Agency (NIA) and the Thailand Science Research and Innovation office (TSRI). Its purpose is to incubate and accelerate the growth of Thai food and food-technology entrepreneurs.

3. Applicant eligibility

• A juristic person registered in Thailand
• Products or services involving food technology and innovation within the defined tracks
• Existing revenue, and a team able to take part throughout the four-month programme
• A vision to expand the business into wider markets

4. Use of content

All content on this website — including text, images and logos — is the property of Thai Kitchen and its partners. It may not be copied, adapted or used commercially without written permission.

5. User responsibilities

Applicants must provide accurate, complete and current information. Thai Kitchen reserves the right to assess and select applicants according to its defined criteria.

6. Personal data protection (PDPA)

The collection, use and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

7. Changes to these terms

Thai Kitchen reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, with changes announced on the website.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
